Our CEO

Besidone graduated from Covenant University in 2008, with a BSc in Psychology. She chose the corporate life going down the Human Resources route while still practising Psychology. She also has an MBA and specialised in Human Resources Management.

Her career began in a Secondary School as a counsellor. She switched to follow a part of her dream to practise Organisational Psychology. She found herself in Bagco and Flour Mills of Nigeria, learning and exploring the Manufacturing world. Donne has also worked in Consulting, Media & Marketing, etc before venturing to set up her own Consulting firm. Her hands-on experiences in managing Change in organisations has led her down the path to become a Consultant in Change and Transformation Management, with focus on Small and Medium enterprises.
